The room that I booked was supposed to have a balcony, but ended up without one. the room itself was nice and comfortable to sleep in. the location of the hotel was very convenient. It was in close proximity to the places I wanted to visit during my city break.
The customer service was very poor. I had to fill out multiple forms late at night when I arrived, and was not able to access my room until 1am.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch and the hotel facilities were impressive. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Additionally, the location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The breakfast served was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.

The check-in process needs improvement, as guests reported delays and unnecessary paperwork.

Room was good, although not the room I booked - no balcony. Location was convenient, close to key attractions and easy to get around. One advantage was the amenities provided in the room, which were useful during my stay.
Had to fill out multiple forms upon arrival and was made to wait until 1am to get my room, despite requesting an 8am check-out. The price was too high for the short duration of my stay.
